What is Compassion Cultivation Training?

CCT© is an 8-week program designed by Stanford University to develop compassion and kindness towards oneself and others. The course was developed jointly by researchers, psychologists and contemplative scholars - combining insights and techniques from psychology, neuroscience, and traditional contemplative practices.
